Great experience and excellent customer service

I have worked with Omar Brito now 3 different times. He secured my first mortgage and over the past eight years he has helped me refinance two times. His knowledge and help in the process each time was indispensable. I have recommended him to several friends and colleagues and he has come through for them each time. I will definitely work with Omar in the future as well.

Excellent experience

Fernando, my expert broker from Silver Fin, made the entire experience seamless. He was professional, personable, and transparent. On top of all that, he got me the best deal possible and had endless patience in explaining all the numbers and following up as needed. He also made sure we closed on time given our tight timeframe with having to move out of a rental apartment and closing on the house quickly. Great experience, you can't go wrong with these guys and, particularly, Fernando.

Michael Deleonardis saved my deal!

Michael Deleonardis is a godsend, he means what he says and says what he means. If you’d like a deal to close and close quickly without hiccups, Mike is your guy. <br />As a first-time home buyer, the process can be extremely overwhelming as there’s so much involved and therefore so much to learn , within a short timespan. From our first conversation to post-closing, Michael Deleonardis patiently educated me about the process every single step of the way. The top 3 critical things that helped me through an extremely tough deal were the fact that Mike got me cleared to close in under 2 weeks ( this speed feels near impossible to find in NYC), he served as my broker, realtor, lawyer, and mentor - when the deal wasn’t going well he went above and beyond (outside of his broker scope to help me through it) , and lastly Mike is always available and communicative - this is critical because there are many moving parts and several people involved in the home buying process, Mike was always quick to respond, easing my stress with a simple plan of action. Mike is 100% my broker for life.
